No Refunds for Non-Faulty Items
We do not offer refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. All of our products are quality checked before dispatch, and we are confident in the standard of what we ship.
Faulty Items - Refund Eligibility
In line with UK and EU consumer protection laws, we will issue a refund only if the item you received is faulty.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must notify us of the fault within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Your refund request must be accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence of the fault. - The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including tags.
Once we receive your request, our team will assess the issue. If your claim is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Returns for Exchange or Store Credit (Optional)
While we do not offer refunds on non-faulty items, we may offer exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you would like to request this.
